Aaron Powell, a teacher at the Glen Mills Schools, has had the same job since graduating from Kutztown University in 1984, and has enjoyed every minute of it.
Powell, 51, said that due to his upbringing in a rough North Philadelphia neighborhood, he was enabled to connect with and impact young men facing similar life challenges. The Glen Mills Schools is the oldest school for court adjudicated male delinquents in the United States.
